Screen tearing e intel...aggiornamenti?

Ci sono aggiornamenti su questo fronte? Oppure devo iniziare a pensare di aver fatto un pessimo acquisto con il TS-269L?

Tearing ? Io con un 269L e una LG LM640S non ho nessun tipo di problema, con che file lo hai ?

Praticamente con tutti. Sopratutto i video HD della mia camera Panasonic HDC-SD800 (formato MTS). Per il resto ho diversi mkv su cui il problema è meno accentuato ma restano inguardabili.

Ovviamente ho tutto aggiornato.

Provato con un cavo HDMI diverso ?

Ma il problema è la decodifica. Perchè cambiando il cavo dovrebbe risolversi?

Pare che Intel abbia consegnato a qnap i driver , dicono un paio di settimane per lavorarci dietro.

Anche io ho trovato questa notizia. La riporto qui di seguito:

Dear Thomas,

We have been provided drivers last week and we need more time to integrate into the Firmware and Linux kernel.

It might be 2-3 weeks before we have a tested firmware version for you. I couldn't guarantee the effectiveness of this to solve your issue though.

If you are able to exchange for TS-x70 series NAS model, these have reported no problem with XBMC, because they use different Intel architecture and drivers.

And for migrating to another QNAP NAS, you wouldn't need to backup data, the drives can be moved across with all data and settings kept the same.

These are the only options I can suggest and I leave the end choice up to you for which solution you prefer.

Intel ha fornito i drivers? Fantastica notizia! Ma come verranno rilasciati? Un aggiornamento firmware o un qpkg dall'app store? E ciò magari renderebbe possibile installare xbmc 12?
