problema file station ts-239proII

Buonasera ho un problema con un qnap ts-239 pro II in pratica da file station quando tendi di scaricare file multipli o cartelle mi viene restituita una pagina bianca con scritto:Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@NAS and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Se invece scarico file singoli tutto ok provato a reinizializzare il nas da zero,aggiornato firmware manualmente ma niente ...

Ciao,
c'è un altro utente sul forum che ha lo stesso problema: posso pensare che sia un problema di FileStation e/o del QTS e che riguardi solo specifici NAS oramai datati (anche l'altro utente ha un NAS non recente).
Apri un ticket a Qnap e segnala la cosa.
