Audio hdmi gracchiante su music station

Non so da quanto accade ma oggi mi sono accorto di questa stranezza:

Ho un MP3 sul mio tvs 463.

Se lo apro da kodi lo sento perfettamente.

Se lo apro da Music station l'audio gracchia in un modo terribile.

Lo stesso gracchiare ce l'ho anche con i video di YouTube

Le prove di rito spegni accendi, cambia porta hdmi al tv non hanno dato effetto.

Non ho trovato sezioni dedicate di configurazione audio

Il qnap ha il firmware 4.2.2 del 28/10/16

Già che ci sono faccio un'altra domanda.

Il secondo hdmi sul qnap a cosa serve?

Collegandolo li' (quello piu' in basso) il tv resta nero anche resettando l'hd station

Ho aperto un ticket a qnap. Vediamo cosa rispondono.

In pratica si sente bene solo kodi, tutto il resto delle app di hd no (youtube,music station).

In mus c station ho in basso a destra il simbolino delle cuffie. Se metto hdmi diventa tutto muto.

Il qnap e' collegato direttamente al tv samsung via hdmi

ancora oggi il ticket e' in "attesa di risoluzione"

ovviamente le soluzioni alternative proposte non risolvono il problema che tra l'altro NON ho se utilizzo Kodi...

sorry for delay , our office was close due to Chinese New Year Festival

our RD are still working on the issue , it is software bug

we really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue

i will let you know as soon as there is fix or news

while we working on the issue we suggest to use these alternative app

1. Use Linux Station to install a multimedia player ( KODI) in the Ubuntu virtual machine and play video content

2. Use Plex Home Theater (install it in HD Station) to play video content

the bug has been fixed by our RD team and the fix will be include in the next version of our Firmware 4.2.3 build 20170208
the firmware is still under test and the ETA is for the end of this month

please update the nas when the firmware will be release

E' uscito il nuovo firmware e finalmente l'audio e' tornato normale.

Nei log non e' presente nulla riguardo al problema Audio.
