Prove di disaster recovery il qnap 809 si resetta

ho eseguito la seguente procedura e aperto il caso in qnap nessuna risposta

case:
Very URGENT PROBLEM. Probably DATA LOSS. We have two TS809 with 8 disk in each unit configured in RAID 6 with encryption. Today we have changed a disk drive in the second unit. When we have inserted the new drive the NAS stop to respond. He disconnect all the client and the ping was unreachable. The web gui was functioning and weask the system to power off . When the unit power up again we have all the configuration reset! All the settings was at default value. How we can reconfigure the RAID 6 in order to see all the data?

avete suggerimenti in merito ?
c'è una procedura in ssh per recuperare il file di configurazione?

Leggo solo ora.. hai poi avuto risposta da QNAP? Togliere un disco che stà funzionando non mi sembra sia digerito bene dal sistema, hot-swap non vuol dire questo... il disco deve essere marcato come "non buono" dal sistema prima di poter essere rimosso.
