buongiorno a tutti.
Credo di aver combinato un bel guaio.
Il NAS era pieno e non riuscivo più ad accedere alle cartelle dei dati che avevo personalizzato.
Allora ho seguito la seguente procedura:

After reboot, still cannot delete files
If you still cannot delete files after reboot, please do the following:
1. Power off the NAS.
2. Remove all the HDDs.
3. Power on the NAS.
4. After a short beep, and then a long beep, hot-plug all the HDDs into the NAS.
NOTE: DONOT initialize the NAS after step 4, this will delete all your data.

Il guaio che ho combinato è che pur non inizializzando il NAS dopo il punto 4, l'ho invece resettato al default di fabbrica.
Ora vedo altre cartelle e comunque non posso accedervi.
Posso ancora recuperare i miei dati e cancellare quanto basta per ripartire?

ok, allora innanzitutto se non ha dimestichezza con linux eviterei di continuare a dare comandi "a caso".

Buongiorno a tutti,
ho un problema analogo con un TS-651 ver firmware attuale: 4.3.4.0516 - con 4 dischi da 2TB l'uno.
In pratica dopo un riavvio fatto perchè il nas non aveva più il collegamento a QNAP Cloud Link, pensado fosse un crash di sistema, abbiamo riavviato dalla schermata web il NAS. Purtroppo al riavvio il NAS sembra aver perso completamente la configurazione di sistema, di rete e le cartelle non sono più accessibili.

Abbiamo provato a riavviarlo più volte, ma niente. Estraendo singolarmente ogni disco, e montandoli su un PC, ci siamo accorti che sembrano essere tutti e 4 pieni i dischi: successivamente, leggendo un pò su qsto forum e sul sito del supporto ufficiale, abbiamo fatto la procedura di staccare tutti i dischi e di metterli a caldo dopo il secondo bip lungo. Il nas ora sembra arrivare anche alla pagina web di amministratore, ma ci chiedere di inizializzare il nas o di riportarlo allo stato di fabbrica (soluzione consigliata da Qnap)

5. Please provide share desktop remote by teamviewer (www.teamviewer.com) and let us know the teamviewer ID / password, and what data can be removed.

Our support will manually mount the data volume, and delete the files manually. Then you should be able to access data again after reboot.

Ad ogni modo mi sn fermato in quanto non vorrei procedere, data l'importanza estrema di avere quei dati disponibili.
Vorrei sapere se chi si è trovato nella mia stessa situazione è poi riuscito ad andare avanti.
Sono in una situazione di stallo. help me!!!
