Salve a tutti.
Qualcuno ha installato l'ultima versione QTS 4.4.3 del 02/07/2020?

Cortesemente chiedo se tutto funziona correttamente.
Ultimamente sono diventato estremamente cauto ad aggiornare il QTS dal momento che non sempre QNAP ha fornito nuove release esenti da problematiche anche grosse.

Si funziona bene, c'è solo una app che vuole aggiornarsi in continuazione, ma non è dipeso dal firmware, perchè capita da qualche giorno e non da quando ho aggiornato il firmware.

Anche a me funziona bene.
Non so se è suggestione ma il NAS sembra aver guadagnato qualcosa in reattività....

Nuovo firmware 4.4.3.1381 build 20200729 online:

[Fixed Issues]
- Fixed a UDP flood denial-of-service vulnerability in Samba Active Directory Domain Controller (AD DC).
- Users could not back up snapshots to a remote NAS using Snapshot Replica.
- Users could not back up snapshots to remote devices via Snapshot Replica.
- Users could not import snapshots from a USB external disk to Snapshot Vault.
- System Logs would display error messages about failures to delete snapshots after users configured snapshot smart versioning and created Snapshot Replica jobs.
- Users could not search for files in the "home" folder via SMB using Finder on macOS.
- Users could delete root folders via FTP even without administrator privileges.
- Control Panel could not correctly display the permissions granted to Jumpcloud LDAP domain users.
- Users could not mount NAS shared folders and external storage devices at the same time on macOS via SMB.
- A RAID group on the NAS would not function correctly after users expanded the RAID group with disks from an expansion enclosure.
- Network & Virtual Switch would display certain button labels in Spanish when the system language was set to French.
- Group users could not configure DDNS settings when using No-IP as the DDNS service provider.
- QTS would not update the external IP address of the NAS to DNS-O-Matic when using OpenDNS as the DDNS service provider.
- A trunking group would still use the MAC address of an adapter that had been removed from the group, causing MAC address conflicts.
- The memory usage of NFS service would keep rising when users accessed NAS shared folders via NFS.
- The TR-004 RAID expansion enclosure would sometimes disconnect from the NAS.
- The TR-004 RAID expansion enclosure would wake up from standby mode every 5 minutes even if the NAS did not access the disks on the enclosure.
- Users could not rename external drives encrypted with AES-256.
- The TVS-1271U could not detect certain installed disks after users installed the SAS-12G2E storage expansion card.

Alcuni fix sembrano importanti ma non l'ho ancora installato perchè in questi giorni devo fare un po' di modifiche alla mia saletta server (il ripostiglio in verità ) e devo montare un ulteriore UPS

L'installazione della nuova versione 4.4.3.1381 build 20200729 è andata a buon fine.
Sto monitorando come va e per il momento non ho notato nulla di strano (sgrat sgrat)

Aggiornando il nuovo fw, ho perso Serviio, ed ho dovuto reinstallare Entware e JDownloader.

A me Entware è rimasto. Levami una curiosità, sai qual'è la versione "migliore" da installare? IO uso Entware-3x-std ma non ho ben chiaro le differenze con le altre (Entware-Ng e Entware-std).

Ho eseguito l'aggiornamento da poco meno di un'ora e non ho notato stranezze.

Uso principale del NAS:
- data storage multimediale;
- cloud privato;
- jdownloader;
- HBS3 con scheduling notturno

[Fixed Issues]
- Fixed a command injection vulnerability in QTS.
- Fixed a vulnerability concerning world-readable NFS shared folders.
- The list of DHCP reserved IP addresses would become blank after users added a large number of IP addresses.
- McAfee would display a blank screen if users installed and opened McAfee without a license.
- QTS would ask to perform a file system check every time users restarted the NAS after installing VJBOD Cloud.
- Control Panel could not correctly display setting buttons when users configured domain security settings.
- QTS could not finish a complete S.M.A.R.T health test for WD Red drives.

QFile è l'app mobile per iOS e Android: il corrispondente (ridotto) di File Station della GUI.
E' ovvio che non lo trovi...
